Man's best friend

Ok… I heard the fact that the dog is the man’s best friend but this is the weirdest stuff I have ever see. This more dog is more like a kid than a dog… Could it be that this dog eats in a baby bottle or eat in it’s dog dish? I couldn’t imagine this dog been barking. Might be so funny showing his teeth in his owner’s bag
